Are your colorants suitable for toys?
Our colorants are REACH and RoHS compliant. Tell us the toy-safety standard you need to meet and we will advise on suitable pigments.
Which release agent is suitable for PU toys?
A release agent chosen for clean demoulding of your mould. Silicone spray can assist on short runs but should not be used where parts are painted or coated.
How do you keep colours consistent across moulds and shifts?
A master standard is retained, and grind, tinting strength and viscosity are checked on every batch.
How do I keep toy moulds clean?
Use a PU mould cleaner to remove release build-up and PU residue between runs.
